Thankyou all for every single thing you have done for me. You have helped me get my life back and find myself again.

I really cant thank all of the staff at the lighthouse enough for what they have done to support myself and my daughter since coming out of an abusive relationship. All of the team go above and beyond to support us. The Lighthouse Centre is a crucial service to women who live on the Wirral and who are going through Domestic Abuse or who have been through it and still need support. I Honestly don’t know what I would without having the centre and staff for support. They have really helped me so much- with my mental health too!

The lighthouse Centre saved my life. Truly. I am not helpless any more. I cannot explain how much they do for everyone, taking the stress away from having to “prove” what happened. No need to justify my existence. I feel like a human being and not the shell I used to be a year ago. This centre SAVES LIVES. Thank you so much for everything.

The Lighthouse has been fab. Helped me and my children. We did the children’s programme, and we all found it so helpful. I wish there was more things like this for everyone who has experienced Domestic Abuse.

I was so grateful to find the lighthouse. It saved me from drowning in self doubt. It is amazing to find a place where I can speak about what has happened to me and be understood, believed and told that it is not ok to be treated how I was. All women need a lighthouse Centre.

Before my son started the programme I was reluctant, I didn’t think it would help but it has honestly changed our lives so much. its helped me deal with what has happened to us. My son got so much from it, he now understands that the abuse wasn’t his fault.
